On Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at 6 p.m. the City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at Pawtucket Public Library, 13 Summer Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, to review a proposed adaptive reuse renovation for the building located at 49 North Union Street (Assessor’s Plat 43 Lot 629). The applicant, Nexus Holdings LLC, is seeking to renovate the existing structure to be used for a parking garage and retail/office space on the first floor, and the creation of 27 residential apartments on the second and third floors. This property is zoned Commercial Downtown (CD). At the conclusion of this public hearing, the City Planning Commission may vote to approve, approve with conditions or deny this proposed development project. This meeting is available to the public and is accessible to people with disabilities.
