Friday was a remarkable day in Pawtucket as the City welcomed the talented Cape Verdean recording artist Nelson Freitas at City Hall. Mayor Grebien honored him with the “Key to the City,” recognizing his inspiring influence on Cape Verdeans globally and right here in our community.
