Review of Plan Year 2021, 2022 and 2023 Performance Reports
The City of Pawtucket, RI is planning to hold a public meeting to review accomplishments found on the 2021-2022, 2022-2023, and 2023-2024 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Reports (CAPERs), and an explanation of this year’s funding application process for the CDBG, HOME, and ESG programs. The meeting has been scheduled for:

Copies of the CAPERs are available in the Planning Department of City Hall, 137 Roosevelt Ave, Pawtucket, RI 02860, or emailing Mark Goudreau at [email protected] for a digital copy. The deadline for feedback on these reports will be Friday, February 20, 2026 by 12:30 pm.
The meeting room is accessible to persons who are disabled. Persons who may need a language or sign interpreter to participate at the meeting, need to call Mark E.
