PAWTUCKET – The City of Pawtucket reminds residents that trash, and recycling collection will be delayed by one day due to the 4th of July Holiday on Friday July 4th, 2025. Residents are asked to place their bins out one day later than their usual schedule.
In addition, the Pawtucket Transfer Station will be closed on Friday, July 4th, 2025 in observance of the 4th of July Holiday. The Transfer Station will reopen to regular operating hours on Saturday, July 5th, 2025.
Please Note: Regular operating hours for the Transfer Station are Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM and Saturdays 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM (closed on all holidays and during storm emergencies).
