The property is c. 1902 single family dwelling has been vacant for many years, it has been a hazard to the sounding neighbors and the Baldwin Elementary School across the street. Pawtucket Central Falls Development applied for $171,396 in HOME Housing Partnership Program funding to acquire the property, demolish the current building and construct a new single-family dwelling to be sold to a qualified first time home buyer. The unit will be deed restricted as an affordable housing unit for the term of 30 years.
