Pawtucket Residents – Mayor’s Message:This week, Pawtucket celebrated Earth Day with a community-wide cleanup, bringing together volunteers, partners, and city staff to keep downtown clean and welcoming. The City also marked a major step in expanding green space with the purchase of 9.49 acres from Riverside Cemetery, preserving land for future recreation and environmental use. Together, these efforts reflect Pawtucket’s ongoing commitment to sustainability and a healthier, more resilient community.
