The Zoning and Code Enforcement Office is responsible for enforcing the state building and housing codes, and the city’s zoning and other ordinances. They issue all building, plumbing/mechanical and electrical permits and perform all inspections on these matters. They also issue all certificates of zoning compliance and occupancy permits.
