On Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at 6 p.m. the City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at Pawtucket Public Library, 13 Summer Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, to review a proposed subdivision of the lot located at 237 Pleasant Street (Assessor’s Plat 54 Lot 269). The applicant, Tidewater LLC, is seeking to subdivide the lot with two existing three-family residential buildings into two lots, each with its own building. This project will also include the review of waivers and dimensional variances for lot size, front, side, and rear yard setbacks, and lot coverage under Section 410-44 and for parking under Section 410-76 of the Pawtucket Zoning Ordinance. This property is zoned Residential Multifamily (RM). At the conclusion of this public hearing, the City Planning Commission may vote to approve, approve with conditions or deny this proposed development project.
