Notice of Public Hearing
On Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at 6 p.m., the Pawtucket Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Pawtucket Public Library, 13 Summer Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island. The Commission will review a proposed subdivision at 551 Benefit Street (Assessor’s Plat 12 Lot 726), located in a Residential Two Family (RT) Zone. Applicant David Valois is requesting a dimensional variance under Section 410-44 for front setback of an existing structure, which is not in compliance with the regulations of the Pawtucket Zoning Ordinance. At the conclusion of this public hearing, the City Planning Commission may vote to approve, approve with conditions or deny this proposed subdivision project.
